Dockmaster:
  1. The Dockmaster is in charge of the waterfront facilities on a daily basis.
  2. The Dockmaster will appoint one launch operator from each shift to be his designated representative, when he is off duty.
  3. The Dockmaster and launch operators have the right to ask any member for their membership card to verify his or her status and may refuse service to non-complying members.
  4. A waterfront log will be maintained by the Dockmaster or his designated representative. The log will be updated daily. Any member may make an entry in the log. The waterfront committee will review the log during its regularly scheduled meetings
  5. The Dockmaster and his designated representative have the full support of the waterfront committee and the flag officers in the enforcement of all the club rules & regulations
Float:
  1. Tenders may only be tied to the rear of the t-float and for no longer than 30 minutes when the club launch is in service.
  2. Tenders may not be tied up overnight see rule #9.
  3. On weekends boat tie up is limited to the time required for loading/unloading of passengers or gear or to 20 minutes, whichever is less. On weekdays the Dockmaster or his designated representative may permit longer times.
  4. No wash downs or repairs on weekends except at rear of float. (30 minutes) limit. Exception: Sunday after 6:30 pm five minute "hose down" at the front of the dock. With the Dockmaster permission.boats cannot intrude into the launch landing areas. The Dockmaster or his designated representative may permit longer times.
  5. If water is used, make sure the tap is shut off after use
  6. Absolutely no swimming or fishing from the floats.
  7. No lobster gear is allowed on floats.
  8. No cleaning of fish allowed on the floats
  9. No boat or tender may be left overnight at floats, without the Dockmaster's specific permission.
  10. All children under 12 years of age must wear a life jacket when on the gangway / floats.
  11. No pets will be allowed on the gangway / floats unless they are on a short leash.
  12. No fueling of boats (USCG)
Launch:
  1. No members boats or tenders are to be towed
  2. No mooring work of any kind is allowed
  3. No launch service outside of the clubs pickup area
  4. No boat without a club sticker will be serviced. Except for visiting yachts.
  5. No guest or maintenance person will be taken to an unoccupied boat unless the member has provided them with a guest pass.
  6. Pets will not be allowed in the launch unless they are on a short leash
  7. No smoking is allowed on the launch.
  8. All children under 12 years of age must wear a life jacket when on the launch (USCG)
Club tenders:
  1. Tenders may be used to get to members boats. They may also be used for mooring work, but should be returned to floats and cleaned immediately after use.
  2. Tie tenders to rear of float. Place oarlocks inside of tender and store oars in the oar locker.
  3. No motors of any type are to be used on tenders.
  4. No tenders should be pulled onto floats to empty out water.

Consideration & cooperation; this is rule number one.
